Short version: what you send me through this site is used to reply to you and book your shoot. It is not sold or shared.

Who I am

This site is run by Devin Olsen, doing business as Suspended Sky Media, in Langley, BC. If you have a question about your information, email me at [email protected].

What the forms collect

The booking, partnership and contact forms ask for things like your name, email, phone number, brokerage, the property address and your message. The booking form can also include the home size, a preferred date and time and the package you picked. The partnership form can include your company name.

Why I collect it

Only to reply to you, quote and book jobs, and do the work you asked for.

Where it goes

When you send a form, it is emailed to me at [email protected]. I do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. It stays in my email for as long as I need it for the job and my business records.

Spam protection and other services

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. To do that, Cloudflare looks at basic technical information from your browser, such as your IP address. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, loads its font from Google Fonts, and the Canada FSD videos come from YouTube, so those services see the same kind of technical information any website would.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email [email protected] and I will take care of it.

Canadian privacy law

I handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
